WSMSAA was formed in 1952, we are one of the largest clubs in the Bristol/Somerset area. We run both boat and shore competitions on a regular basis and have a very active junior
section. We hold regular social events and Open shore matches. We are affiliated to The Bristol Channel Federation of Sea Anglers and The Angling Trust (previously the NFSA)

For anglers new to this site and new to this area it is very worthwhile going onto www.bristolchannelfishing.com. This has been compiled with the help of one of our club anglers, John Lintern. John is a very notable and respected angler who has had many successful years fishing mainly in the West Country. His knowledge of Weston Beach is second to none and his expertise in reading this venue could prove invaluable for those new to the area.
